**About the Role**:
We're looking for a driven HR/RTW Coordinator to join our busy HR Division. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be hands on, have a passion for retail and want an opportunity to expand your HR knowledge and make a real difference.
- Arrange inductions for all new full time employees
- Responsible for the quarterly induction days for new employees
- Completing exit surveys
- Work across various workers comp cases
- Completing formal one month catch ups with new full time employees
- Arranging probation reviews for new employees
- Prepare quarterly reports for HR metrics
- Assist the HR Manager on additional HR projects
- General ad-hoc HR administration tasks

**About You**:

- Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline
- Good understanding of the Fair Work Act
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Strong time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- An understanding of the retail industry will be highly regarded
