NSW Government Agency is looking for an Injury Management Coordinator with experience in RTW/worker’s compensation claims to join their team

**About the role**:

- Oversee and manage member claims, reviews, investigations, rehabilitation, RTW plans, fitness to continue and compensation matters.
- Liaise closely with internal staffs and external stakeholders including rehabilitation and other medical providers.
- Implement and maintain comprehensive file management systems to ensure injury management records are managed in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Prepare and present accurate correspondence, reports and submissions relating to injury management and compensation issues.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, review and improvement of injury management and workers compensation claims management policies, procedures, and system.

**Essentials**:

- Proven experience (2+ years experience preferred) as a Return to Work/worker’s compensaition case manager.
- Tertiary education in a related field and/or accreditation in RTW.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Valid drivers’ license.
