**About the role**

The Paid Digital Media Specialist role focuses on digital marketing, optimising campaigns across various platforms to drive student enrollment/recruitment. The role collaborates closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns, leveraging their expertise to maximize ROI and enhance brand visibility.

**The Paid Digital Media Specialist is responsible for**:

- Develop and execute paid digital marketing strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Programmatic advertising, and Spotify.
- Collaborate with Senior Campaign Managers and external agencies to build effective campaign strategies targeting prospective students.
- Drive lead generation and conversion optimisation through digital campaigns to enhance the sales pipeline and increase student enrollment/recruitment.
- Play a key role in planning, creating, and executing integrated digital marketing strategies for the education brands within the portfolio.
- Provide real-time reporting, technical campaign and channel analysis, and post-campaign reporting to optimise performance and enhance ROI.

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- 4 years minimum digital marketing and campaign management experience
- Prior experience running end-to-end digital campaigns
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform including (Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager)
- Strong understanding of best practice digital lead generation
- Experience with CRM’s, such as Salesforce, Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with Social Advertising Platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Businesses)
- Experience with Microsoft Ads Platform
- Passion for education and a commitment to driving student enrollment/recruitment for diverse education brands within the portfolio.
