- Management of Program Governance forums, including scheduling and secretariat functions; and support for Board engagement sessions
- Support for Project Managers, Program Director and Business Owner (as required)

**About you**:
You will be a highly organised, enthusiastic and adaptable self-starter with experience in a range of project management environments, styles, and methodologies (agile, waterfall and hybrids). You will bring:

- Experience in setting up and running PMOs for multi-workstream Programs;
- Extensive experience in using program management and workplace tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Powerpoint and Excel and relevant qualifications
- Attention to detail and an ability to synthesise multiple sources of information
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder engagement skills
- Previous experience in risk management projects and programs (preferably operational risk, business continuity, or supplier risk) at a financial institution (desirable);
- Previous experience in APRA regulatory compliance or engagement projects at a financial institution (desirable);
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in a consulting firm (highly desirable)
