**About the Company**

I am representing an International developer of utility scale solar farms with multiple PV projects in Australia.

**About the Role**

As a Junior Project Controller, you will work closely with the project manager to support the development/construction of solar farm projects. You will have 1-2+ years experience in a similar document control/coordination position, with renewable energy experience being valuable. You will be comfortable using excel and the Microsoft suite and will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and report on project progress, expenditure and forecast to complete
- Manage documentation for project approvals
- Coordinate the submission of important documents
- Develop and maintain the document project control register
- Weekly project budget forecast meetings
- Manage financial cycles; purchase orders, contractor payments etc
- Assist preparing monthly finance reports

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification
- 1-2+ years experience in a similar document control / project coordination position
- Experience in renewable energy projects would be valuable
- Strong organisational, time management and analytical qualities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
