**About the role at NAB**
The Regional & Agribusiness NSW team is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Relationship Associate (RA) to join their team in Sydney. The RA will be responsible for providing servicing support to customers and Relationship Managers across Sydney Regional & Agri to deliver exceptional customer service and to allow Bankers to focus on developing, growing and deepening customer relationships.
**Seniority**
**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
- Sales Pipeline Fulfilment - Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.

- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
