About the role

Known internally as Associate Mobile Relationship Manager, this role contributes to the Bank’s vision by growing the consumer asset book for Retail Banking through customer acquisition. The focus of the role is to learn how to become a Mobile Relationship Manager (Mobile Lender). To do this you will assist the Mobile Relationship Managers and Senior Mobile Relationship Managers with their work, particularly with customer follow up of information and learning how to write consumer loans. You will work with key stakeholders to deliver solutions to customers, deepen relationships and drive growth at profitable prices.

The role is based in Mosman, is permanent full time and the roster is 76 hours per fortnight.

This role is great for someone getting into lending, or someone who has been in lending and looking for a change.

About you

Recent lending experience and/or sales performance in a comparable role
Proven sales skills in the Banking and/or Finance industry (or relevant)
Understanding of Bank policy, procedures and systems
Demonstrated relationship & interpersonal skills
Influencing and problem-solving skills to manage both customer and bank expectations
Proven resilience and the ability to accommodate constraints to achieve outcomes
Self-driven and disciplined with the ability to work independently and remotely as required
Demonstrated customer acquisition ability
Risk and compliance understanding
