**The Role**

The client is in search of talented Loan Processor/Relationship Associates to join their Sydney CBD team.

The role will require you to work alongside knowledgeable Relationship Directors who are experts in this field. You will be supporting them with the end-to-end administration of Residential Lending along with Commercial lending which includes inputting into systems, deal structure, serviceability and workflow management through to settlement.

??Within this role the ingredients to succeed are a great attitude, hard work, being a go-getter, an excellent team player and professionalism in order to support the brokers and in turn the high net-worth clientele.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Degree Preferable
- Demonstrated experience in processes for residential lending across a range of lenders / broking model preferred
- Ability to read financials, structure loans and determine servicing
- Great team player, with a collaboration focus and a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivated and strive for excellence in all you do.
- Confidence and flexibility to take on tasks
- Proactive approach

- Confident communication skills
- Autonomous approach to managing your day with an outcome focus.
