**The opportunity**
Working within our Growth division you’ll optimise and deliver brand and product strategy. You’ll have a strategic approach across a broad range of marketing disciplines. This ability will enable you to build a roadmap aligned to our objectives for new member acquisition. This is a genuine opportunity to make an impact in a newly created role for the fund. It’s an exciting time to join CareSuper.
You’ll be an experienced marketer with excellent analytical skills, focused on brand health reputation and sentiment. Based on your track record across brand, product and digital you will establish a range of initiatives that build member engagement and advocacy. In collaboration with channel leads your direction will guide development and design for communication and marketing assets.
As you lead the growth and development of the CareSuper brand you’ll engage with key stakeholders and build relationships at senior management levels. Your knowledge will support a wide range of business units who seek marketing insights to aid their own decision making.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan consistent with our strategy
- Develop a visual and verbal brand identity and segmentation strategy implementing key initiatives
- Develop influential stories grounded in consumer & industry insights
- Lead direct to member acquisition through digital and other channels
- Develop and design communications, assets and strategies to drive growth across distribution channels
- Use performance, research, data intelligence and analytics to provide recommendations and change programs to improve growth outcomes
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and channel leads

**What you’ll bring**
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate that into action. A strong relationship builder, presenter, able to create vision and clarity to what we do and why we do it.
Additionally, the successful applicant will be a self-starter and have the following skills:

- At least 7 years’ demonstrated experience in a similar role (superannuation / financial services experienced preferred)
- Strong experience in brand management, direct marketing and product development delivery and execution
- Experience with agencies and building beneficial external partnerships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including presenting and report writing
- A growth mindset with a resilient outlook
- A capable leader, able to set direction, motivate and inspire
- Good organisation ability and able to manage multiple initiatives / skills
- A genuine interest in supporting business units, member focussed
