**The Organisation**

Think Talent is partnering with a globally represented top 100 ASX listed business seeking to grow and expand their category offering. This business is continually innovating their product offering and omnichannel experience to better service their customers and drive growth.

**The Opportunity**

This new role will lead a newly established category, championing and enabling market penetration and sales across an established global distribution network. You will also leverage customer insights to identify and innovate product opportunities aligned to customer needs and establish partnerships that will enable distribution across retail and digital channels.

Key to success will be engaging a talented, results driven, collaborative and purpose-led team to optimise product delivery, portfolio management, systems, and ways of working to drive network engagement, competitor positioning and commercial performance.

**The Right Fit**

This role is ideally suited to a category leader who has a track record of optimizing retail and digital sales through effective partnership, product, stakeholder management. To be successful you will need to demonstrate the ability to:

- **Strategy & Planning - **Create annual business plans in line with the organisation strategic plans and track quarterly performance against growth objectives.
- **Product Strategy & Innovation -** Lead the growth strategy, product roadmap and innovation life-cycle process. determining platform requirements and assessing market innovation and competitor positioning opportunities.
- **Commercial Management - **Lead and track commercial activities and outcomes for the business. Realize growth potential and market penetration across a global portfolio through effective business case, revenue, cost, margin, and profitability optimisation.
- **Stakeholder Management - **Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders up to the executive level across a global portfolio to establish partnerships and influence others to champion revenue growth.
- **Team Leadership - **Establish customer focused delivery and culture that will engage employees in meaningful work. Lead and engage local and offshore teams on the strategic objectives to bring the business growth vision to life.
- **Customer-led Ways of Working - **Leverage data and insights to optimise product, technology, and operations to improve sales conversion and enhance the customer experience.
- **Platform Optimisation - **Ensure the customer journey on digital and non-digital platforms is optimised for experience and conversion outcomes. This will include leading technology product teams to deliver in line with strategy, business planning and customer needs.
