- The Art of Creative Thinking** is looking for creative instructors to teach children and adults’s workshops and events in the studio at Port Melbourne or offsite around Melbourne.

**Required Duties**:

- Manage the flow of the experience while providing individual support to guests as needed.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Be scheduled to execute an experience solo, where you will be expected to maintain a high level of quality while entertaining up to approximately 20 guests.
- Submit monthly availability in our scheduling system for:

- at least 3 shifts per week including 2 weekends a month

and/or
- at least 2 Fridays and Saturdays per month, during the day.
- Have the opportunity to work different experiences, including sketching, sculpturing and other art medium like painting.
- Cross-train in all experiences and be willing to work both public and private events.
- Be scheduled for a minimum of 3- 4 hours per event, and longer depending upon the type of event.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Significant level of teaching, leading workshops and confident in painting/art mediums.
- Communication and performance skills
- A fun, confident personality. Energetic and vibrate person that loves teaching, children and creativity.
- Comfortable with speaking publicly in front of a crowd (30-50 people)
- Ability to simplify and explain steps for completing art and other projects
- A car to get to events and carry equipment
- an advantage.
- Daytime availability on weekdays and weekends (before 5pm)
- Working with Children Check Card

**Physical Requirements**:
Setting up and cleaning up events involves some physical tasks, so you must be able to lift and carry equipment. You may need to push or pull supplies, tables, and chairs. You will also be required to stand for at least 4 hours.
