**About The Role**

The Creative Arts and Wellbeing Lead will work with the Wellbeing Manager, Wellbeing team, Monash Health Music and Art Therapy team and broader stakeholders to:

- Understand international best practice in Creative Arts and Wellbeing, with a particular focus on how this discipline can promote employee wellbeing
- And based on this, develop, prioritise and implement initiatives to shift Monash Health towards our future state vision

This work will involve very close partnership with current Music and Art therapy team members and Head of Profession, our Art Curator, and other key stakeholders working in employee wellbeing. It is an 0.6 EFT (flexibility considered) Grade 3 role, offered on a permanent basis.

**About You**

You are an established Allied Health leader with operational experience (Grade 3) and a strong interest in utilising Creative Arts to promote wellbeing. As a part of your early career you have been involved in the delivery of arts in a healthcare setting and you are passionate about how arts in health can impact experiences.

You have proven experience in the research, design, implementation and evaluation of initiatives that utilise arts to improve wellbeing outcomes for employees - in a health environment.

And you are seeking an opportunity to work in a strategic coordination role to build your career trajectory, to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to lead positive change.

**Qualifications/registrations/licences**:

- Undergraduate or Post Graduate Degree in a relevant Allied Health Profession or the Creative Arts an approved training course
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Desirably you will have worked in a health or hospital enviornment and
- be eligible for current Membership and Registration with the Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA) Inc. or Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA) as appropriate
- have current ARIA Music Therapist Copyright & Reproduction License (if applicable)
- Current Working with Children’s Check
- Post graduate qualifications as set out in the position description strongly preferred
