**About the Opportunity**
- Ready to steer construction and refurbishment works for Independent Living Units (ILUs) and take charge of external civil and landscaping projects? You have experience in project management and possess overall building knowledge. A trade qualification in civil/building and construction will make you stand out from other applicants. You are a proactive and customer-focused individual who excels in project coordination. You can efficiently manage competing tasks across a diverse project portfolio while delivering top-tier attention to detail and managing budgets with innovative problem-solving.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
