**You'll be responsible for**:

- Delivery of a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- As allocated case underwriting and provide underwriting support on transactions.
- Ensuring that work is processed in a timely manner to meet key business targets.
- Ensuring work is accurate and underwriting discipline and procedures are being followed

**Important to your success**:

- Insurance, Broking or Underwriting experience favourable
- Outbound insurance customer service or call centre experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work in a team environment
