We're seeking a customer service-oriented and proficient sandwich maker/barista to become an integral part of our team.

If you have a knack for sandwich / coffee making and creating delightful customer experiences, this position is perfect for you.

**Job Details**:

- Casual
- Monday to Saturday
- 2-3+ shifts per week
- 7am/8am/11am starts (5-8 hour shifts)
- $32.06 weekday / $38.48 weekend (Ages 21+)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every cup, while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency at the coffee station.
- Sandwich Crafting: Utilise your creativity and sandwich-making skills to prepare a variety of sandwiches using our fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanour, providing product knowledge and helping them choose from our delicious range of breads, pies, sandwiches, baked goods, and pastries
- Order Processing: Efficiently handle customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products. Take pride in maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing display
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Contribute to the cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery, including the preparation and serving areas. Assist in routine cleaning tasks to maintain a welcoming environment for our customers
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of the bakery

**Requirements**:

- Previous coffee making experience is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in sandwich making is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.06 per hour
