Selection Criteria

To be successful, you will:

  • Have recent previous experience as a barista
  • Be passionate about coffee and delivering the highest quality product and experience to our patrons
  • Genuinely enjoy interacting with patrons of all demographics and have high customer service skills
  • Have the ability to remain calm and adaptable whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • Always demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, contribute to a positive workplace culture and supportive environment
  • Be willing to learn and develop your skills in all areas of club operations

We offer the following benefits worth approximately $2,000 each year:

  • A competitive hourly pay rate
  • Staff meal discounts across our F&B outlets
  • $6 daily voucher to spend each shift on F&B
  • We strive to ensure work/life balance with at least 2 consecutive days off each week and negotiable on rostered days off. We generally publish the roster 2 weeks in advance
  • Further training and/or study pathways are available to staff that desire to grow and develop their skillset
  • Paid RSA, RCG, Food Safety Supervisor certificates available for staff
