**Position Vacancy**:

- casual position
- approx: 3 shifts per week
- shift times: 4.30am starts
- $33.99/hour weekday $44.34/hour weekends

As **Cafe All Rounder** at The Station Grocer, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of on-trend quality food items to our customers. Your responsibilities will include preparing and assembling a daily food menu (sandwiches, rolls, wraps and salads) maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area and assisting with food inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft a diverse selection of sandwiches, rolls, wraps, and salads using premium, fresh ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in the taste, presentation, and quality of our food offerings.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen to uphold food safety and hygiene.
- Assist with inventory management to guarantee a constant supply of fresh ingredients.
- Uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional food experiences by adhering to strict quality control measures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.99 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week
