Our client is a family-owned Australian company that specialises in creating stunning jewellery for everyone. Founded in 1976, our client has a reputation for excellence in quality, craft skills and service. Our client uses only the highest quality metals, diamonds and techniques to produce exquisite pieces that celebrate love. Our client also offers precious metal services to manufacturing jewellers across the country and the region.

**Your new role**

Your roles and responsibilities will include:

- Maintain the mailer room and ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Order any/all materials required for bespoke and replicated pieces.
- Analyse orders, ensure viability and liaise with the Casting and Design teams.
- Quality checking all products accurately.
- Understand the different processes of manufacturing, casting and refining to be able to give accurate advice and quotes.
- Able to constructively provide feedback and communication to customers to ensure all bespoke designs sit within industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external resources.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience placing orders, invoicing and packaging orders.
- Customer service experience is necessary.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Moderate computer literacy skills.
- Experience in the jewellery industry is desirable.
- Experience using autoCAD is highly desirable.
