This leading precious metal manufacturer and distributor is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team to deliver exceptional, efficient, and professional levels of customer service within their precious metals department.
**Your new role**
- Processing orders, invoicing, and packaging products
- Assessing the quality of products
- Assisting customers with their unique requirements
- Build rapport and positive relationships with customers
- Facilitating and managing stocktake
- Organising dispatch and delivery to customers
- Provide an excellent customer experience
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A passion for customer service
- Ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to learn
- Experience in using multiple IT systems
- Demonstrated understanding of invoicing/order processing
- Have great organisation and time management skills
- Great communication skills both verbally and written
- Previous jewellery or precious metals experience would be advantageous
