As head of our operations you key aim is to create an organisation that is set up for success by creating a strong pipeline of passionate people that are working hard to deliver an excellent consumer experience, every single day of the year. With your strong project management experience you will be able to take insight into action and work collaboratively with both internal & external stakeholders to take our hospitality assets to the next level. You are process driven people person that gets satisfaction in growing and developing people at their own pace and have a real passion for the Hospitality industry. There are a total of 15 operational hospitality sites at Carlton United Breweries going from big brewery bars to smaller taprooms. Total revenue sits around the $40m/annually.

**Other Key Responsibilities Include**:
**Long Term Strategy**
- Analyse and understand the market / competitive landscape.
- Be close to the latest concepts and trends in hospitality and make sure our concepts stay relevant
- have a real understanding of the latest technology and implement a seamless customer digital experience
- Build a blue print for the next 5 years

**Annual Planning**
- Develop annual business plans for each concept, work with venue managers, brands, finance & Head of BEX for input.
- Develop and own operations of these assets.

**Execution**
- Lead and manage the teams responsible for day to day operations of our national hospitality operations.
- Spend majority of time in the trade overseeing key management duties:

- people, performance management & training
- financial / P&L management,
- policy & compliance,
- oversee key projects, capital investment, marketing investment.
- Ensure clear documentation and adherence to operational processes.

**Relationships**
- Build strong relationships with brand teams
- Manage external suppliers relationships
- Manage internal stakeholders including MLT, Brands, Procurement, Risk, Property Services, Supply & Finance Teams

**Who you are**
- You will have absolute passion about hospitality and new hospitality concepts
- Strong commercial experience managing multi-million dollar P&L’s.
- Extensive experience in leading teams and managing people managers.
- Strong hospitality experience, food & beverage, staffing, functions & events.
- Strong marketing experience, developing brand experiences.
- Strong influencing skills
- Excellent project management skills
