**About the Role**:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide individual support to people with disabilities and/or psycho-social needs, enabling them to undertake all aspects of daily living. As part of a dynamic team, you will deliver care to our clients across disability homes and the community in Maroochydore and surrounding areas in the Sunshine Coast.

**What You Need**:

- Cert III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
- At least 6 months of previous experience providing community/disability support in Australia is highly regarded.
- Stoma care, bowel management, and spinal cord injury experience (preferred, but training provided)
- Valid Queensland driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- National Police Clearance
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Valid Blue Card
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid Yellow Card
- Flu Vaccination (desirable)
- Be highly organized, flexible, and reliable
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Compassionate and dedicated to your work and clients

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
