You will develop, implement, monitor and evaluate strategic and operational service activities to ensure ongoing viability of the business. **TekMed** is the exclusive AUS/NZ agent for premium brands such as Medical-Germany, Transonic-USA, Infomed-Switzerland, Kugel-Germany. We are expanding our range of medical equipment and require a service technician to support our highly regarded range. Reporting directly to the Service Manager this position will have responsibility for the following: - Service repairs - Service calls on customers - CRM updating - Field service management app - service fusion - Commissioning new equipment - Calibration and troubleshooting **To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes**: - Positive "can do" attitude - Reliable - Has technical experience including IT and Electronics - field service - Has Business and Health Care experience - Has a Biomedical Engineer/technician qualification - Displays strong mechanical aptitude - Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills - Have a passion for customer service - Can handle customer complaints - Has strong computer literacy - office, networking - Ability to complete tasks/goals within defined time frames - Demonstrates strong communication skills - Is able to work autonomously **An attractive and remuneration package is available to attract the highest calibre of person.** Please be sure to include a CV and covering letter addressing the key criteria set out for this job.
