Your part in our Blue Care team

As a Practice Lead, you will support the embedding of the Blue Care Quality framework to improve Consumer Experience and Continuous Improvement. This will include a collaborative approach to reviewing and developing Policies, Procedures and associated tools to support Quality Safe Care in practice that is aligned to best practice and legislative and regulatory requirments. Inclusive of developing a robust mechanism for sharing learnings and innovations across the organisation.

What makes a difference for us?

You will also present with:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health equivalent experience in high level Residential service delivery and quality.- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements- Demonstrated Broad management or clinical experience in service delivery and quality systems in either the aged, community care or health sectors.- Knowledge of all relevant legislative, regulatory and funding requirements, professional standards, guidelines and best practice relevant to the Aged Care environment.- Demonstrated knowledge of continuous quality improvement practices and proven experience in innovative thinking and/or ability to deliver innovative outcomes.- Sound understanding and knowledge of resident/person-centred care, residential based services delivery.- Willingness and ability to travel to locations in Queensland.- Current Australian Driver’s License- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
