**About the company**:
Leading Advisory firm located in Melbourne CBD as their Talent Business Partner to join their People & Culture Department on a maternity leave contract. This organisation currently operates a flexible hybrid model, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home. You will be working collaboratively with the Senior HR Business to support a portfolio of the business. You will be a trusted internal Partner, providing consistent, well-informed, and accurate advice on all recruitment and talent related matters.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Build exceptional relationships with stakeholders, having the ability to influence recruitment and talent related decisions.
- Show a regular presence at stakeholder meetings, having the ability to learn, understand and interpret unique recruitment challenges.
- Provide sound advice to stakeholders, finding creative and unique solutions to complex recruitment matters and workplace trends.
- Working through the end to end recruitment process.
- Assist in the delivery, and ongoing improvement of, an effective recruitment function.
- Assist in the induction and other onboarding programs to ensure all new employees are appropriately inducted.
- Remain up to date and well-informed of contemporary recruitment practices within the industry, including but not limited to: best practice in recruiting a diverse workforce; hard to fill roles; supporting changes to employment contract legislation.
- Supporting with Graduate Recruitment.

**You will have the following experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience or exposure in contemporary recruitment matters, including knowledge of industry trends, legislation and the ability to think creatively to resolve complex problems
- Experience in the provision of support and advice to management and in interpreting and implementing Enterprise Agreements and legislation.
