**CURATING ORIGINALITY TAKES TALENT**

W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Whatever/Whenever Agent. Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you will play a central role in the guest’s experience, answering the phone and assisting them with any requests they have. Responsibilities include:

- Handling a high volume of calls dealing with guest requests and In Room Dining Orders effectively and efficiently
- Providing information on all facilities provided within the hotel
- Making recommendations, upsell hotel features and related services
- Ability to multi task at all times
- Outstanding attention to detail
