**THE GIG**

As a **Whatever/Whenever Agent** you will provide our guests with the W experience and surprise them with whatever they want/whevever they want.

You will:

- Handle a high volume of calls dealing with guest requests and In Room Dining Orders effectively and efficiently
- Provide information on all facilities provided within the hotel
- Make recommendations, upsell hotel features and related services
- Ability to multi task at all times
- Outstanding attention to detail

**About You**
- Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
- Experience with OPERA property management system
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Energised in a fast paced environment
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week
