Our brand-new 150-bed home at Songbird Oxley is due to open in March 2025, and we are excited to commence recruitment for the pivotal role of** Resident Relations Manager**, offered as a **full-time,12-month fixed-term appointment**to support the commissioning phase of our new Home.

**About the role**:
The Resident Relations Manager is responsible for growing and achieving occupancy targets at Rockpool Songbird Oxley. Working collaboratively with the marketing team, key community stakeholders and prospective residents and their families, the role ensures financial compliance, seamless onboarding, exceptional customer service, and optimal resident satisfaction.
