Harcourts Marketplace is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our award-winning team. We're looking for a confident, solutions-focused Senior Property Manager to take the lead in overseeing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 170 properties. You'll work closely with the Head of Property Management and act as a key decision-maker within the team—trusted, respected, and supported.

This is a role for someone who knows their craft, enjoys building strong owner and tenant relationships, and wants to work in an environment where the workload is structured, the systems are modern, and the culture is genuinely positive.

• Manage the full lifecycle of a well-established portfolio, including communication, maintenance, and general oversight.
• Lead with confidence: guide owners with strategic advice to maximise property performance.
• Maintain strong owner and tenant relationships with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with RTA legislation and company procedures.
• Provide mentoring or guidance within the team as required.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth portfolio operations.

• Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
• Australian Driver's Licence
• Minimum 5+ years experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of RTA legislation and best-practice processes
• A friendly, outgoing approach and exceptional communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure
• A detail-driven mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
