**About the role**
The Training Manager will lead and manage retail training initiatives for Sephora ANZ. You will develop and deliver innovative and contemporary education initiatives and programmes which enable the Australasian organisation to meet its business objectives via a skilled and engaged retail workforce. You will take ownership of the development, delivery and deployment of retail education initiatives, develop and evaluate course material, in addition to the local deployment of global/regional training initiatives within the ANZ market. Reporting to the Head of HR and Education you will lead a team of field trainers supporting a wider dynamic education team. Job responsibilities include:

- Develop, deliver, and evaluate a variety of training programs and initiatives for the wider retail teams
- Managing the deployment of training objectives and the transfer of learning with field training team members
- Coach and develop Field Training Executives to deliver best in class training programs and field coaching.
- Adopt a commercial and client centred approach to training content and collaborating with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure Sephora business needs are met.
- Stay abreast of client and industry trends, internal communications, and work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across the Sephora business
- Manage training schedules and record maintenance, preparing brands and retail teams accordingly.

**Skills and experience required**
- Min 5 years of experience within a Training Function, beauty experience neceesary
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Client centric mind set
- Entrepreneurial and able to work in a fast paced environment with numerous stakeholders
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Hands-on and solution-oriented with the ability to manage and lead others to do the same
- Strong interpersonal skills (listening, negotiation, influencing)
