**The Role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with internal departments to build and continually improve our Export logistics service delivery
- Building relationships with transport companies, service providers and customers to support our exports from Australia and New Zealand
- Developing and enhancing relationships with external parties providing international freight and logistics services
- Developing and implementing processes internally to manage international logistics

**The Person**

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, International Business, Logistics or similar
- Experience in international logistics - shipping or freight forwarding
- Proven ability to build and maintain ethical relationships
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Proven track record in system development and deployment
- Sound influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- High level of self-motivation and dedication
- The ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail
