**The Role**

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the scheduling of all raw, packaging and co-packer materials requirements to meet production needs.
- Purchasing Raw & Packaging materials in accordance to policies and procedures.
- Updating Bill of Materials (BOM) effectivity dates.
- Expedite and de-expedite materials as required.
- Report on any material issues with the manufacturing units.
- Daily checks of Open Orders report.
- Attendance of regular meetings with production, planning and marketing.
- Follow up on invoicing matters.
- Ensure suppliers are provided with accurate forecast data.
- Maintain material data e.g. lead times, Safety Stock, Minimum and Multiple order quantities.
- Follow up and action obsolete material issues.

**Skills & Experience**
- Qualifications in Supply Chain or Logistics is highly regarded.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2 years working experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential.
- Willingness to learn.

Fresh graduates who would like work experience in supply chain or logistics are encouraged to apply.
