The Technology Management & Transformation (TM&T) team is a newly established portfolio within Coles Technology, whose purpose is to maximise business value by driving best practise planning and execution of the Technology strategy, whilst accelerating change across the Technology function.

**About the role**

We are seeking an exceptional Project Tooling Manager to join the Portfolio Value and Orchestration (PVO) pillar within TM&T team. You will manage the Project Tooling and Continuous Improvement stream across all of Technology, ensuring Business alignment and adoption.

**About you & your skills**
- Demonstrated experience heading a portfolio/programme/project/product management tooling suite
- A deep understanding of the portfolio, programme, project and product management tooling suite (i.e., Clarity, JIRA, Confluence)
- A deep understanding of the portfolio, programme, project and product management methodologies (e.g., PMP, P30, Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, SAFe etc)
- Worked in an organisation undertaking large scale technology transformation
- A deep understanding of the Portfolio prioritisation framework for the processing of pipeline demand
- A deep understanding of the Supply and Demand resource framework within a large scale organisation.
- A deep understanding of Benefit Management Frameworks for both Financial and Non-Financial Benefits
- A deep understanding on the generation of Portfolio Scorecards that link to the Technology Strategy Plan. Also, the use of OKRs/KPIs/metrics to access the Scorecards and ultimately realise the Financial and Non-Financial Benefits
- Demonstrated ability to bring together experienced, opinionated and intelligent people from across multiple functions to deliver to a common objective
- Portfolio, programme, project and product management tooling suite knowledge (ie Clarity, JIRA, Confluence)
- Portfolio, programme, project and product management qualifications (eg SAFe P30, PMP, Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, etc)
