**How to m**ake an impact**:
You will educate and influence as an expert on all aspects of Fraud risk management, providing first line controls, compliance, and risk assurance uplift to the division.

**You will also be responsible for**:

- Engage with senior stakeholders to implement and improve business systems and processes through the use/integration of the NAB Fraud risk framework
- Work with the business to implement systems and controls to manage the requirements of Fraud policies applicable to the business
- Risk profiling to identify key risks and design of indicators for the ongoing monitor and input for Business and Private Divisional Risk Setting Statements
- Designing controls to identify the right key controls to mitigate key Fraud risks
- Guiding on Fraud risk and control times to implement systems and controls to manage the requirements of Fraud policies

**What we’re looking for in our future talent**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Finance, coupled with experience in risk, Process Management ideally in the banking environment or within Fraud SME
- The ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expert communication and influence ability to drive assurance to division
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
