**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Lease Associate, you will be directly contributing to the success of an Australian Government JLL Account. You will need to ensure alignment of responsibilities and accountabilities as set within the deed.
You’ll be working with a high degree of independence, overseeing many functions such as financial reporting, liaising with stakeholders, managing lease related landlord queries and maintaining vendor/landlord details. The Lease Associate will be responsible for the successful administration of the Accounts revenue and expenditure leases, managing the contractual and legislative obligations.
**An Overview of the role**:
Calculate fixed, CPI and lease events report for Lease Administrators on a monthly basis
If applicable, instructing offshore team in relation to Abstracting leases and other lease or portfolio updates through PEGA;
Manage all lease administration related landlord queries
Ensure all rent roll reports are accurate and distributed within agreed financial calendar
Ensuring that the agreed procedures and process flows are adhered to strictly in accordance with guidelines
**Budgeting and Reporting**: Assist with activities of the team with respect to budgeting data forecast through Portfolio
Provide technical support, training and information to all client and users for Lease Administration systems, tools and procedures
Conduct lease abstractions within agreed client timeframe
Involvement in data integrity procedures and annual auditing
