Local Council Seeking Tractor Operator

**Your new company**

Our client is a Local Council that delivers professional and high-quality service throughout the Northern Suburbs. They’re one of the fastest-growing councils in Australia, and with all the new development, they’re looking for a Tractor Operator to join their Verge Mowing Team.

**Your new role**
As part of the Verge Team, you’ll be operating a tractor with a slasher attachment for cutting large dryland and rural roadsides (including slopes.) Should your contract continue after the three months, you’ll be involved in other duties like ride-on mowing, whipper snippering etc.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Current Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
- MR Truck Licence or higher
- Experience operating a tractor
- Workzone Traffic Management Ticket
- Current White Card (within the last 2 years)
- Horticulture Cert or experience desirable

**What you'll get in return**
- 3-month contract, potential permanency for right person.
- Ongoing training provided
- 9-day fortnight
