Due to company growth, we are currently seeking a permanent, full- time, experienced drainage CCTV technician.

Based in Pooraka, SA, this is a unique position with a good mix of hands-on pipeline inspection and condition assessment reporting, project and client management works from one week to the next. The successful applicant will have previous experience in operating pipeline CCTV tractor and push rod cameras (preferably IBAK and or SECA equipment), WinCan VX and cable and pipe locator experience.

Educational and Experience Requirements

To be successful in our position you will:

- Have experience operating CCTV tractor camera and push camera equipment.
- You will be trained to NWPNET037 – Inspect Sewer or Stormwater Assets (previously NPWNET016) and NWPNET059 – Supervise and Report on Conduit Inspections (replaces NWPNET017).
- Display sound interpersonal skills as well as effective time management skills and a proven ability to meet project deliverables, time constraints, whilst able to work as part of the very successful national asset maintenance team.
- Hold a current WSAA (Water Services Association Australia) certification.
- Comply with company standards and guidelines.
- Have the ability work autonomously and unsupervised.
- Have the ability to train/upskill offsiders.
- Perform regular basic maintenance on equipment.
- Hold a Senior First Aid certificate.
- Hold a current Working in confined space ticket with BA (desired).
- Hold a valid Construction Industry WH&S white card.
- Hold a working safely at heights ticket.
- Need to be flexible with your availability and occasionally be able to work weekends, evenings and emergency call outs as required.
- Be able to undertake occasional away work.
- Hold full Australian working rights.
- Know smartphone and iPad operating systems.
- A strong yet logical approach to workplace health and safety.
- Return all written defect reports to the Workshop for action.
- Carry out all periodic services.
- Complete daily paperwork.
- Comply with all IMS procedures and policies.
- To maintain a high degree of cleanliness and serviceability of Company Vehicles at all times
