Chevron Australia Downstream is seeking to appoint a Loyalty and Payment Specialist who will be responsible for management of Chevron's loyalty & payment programs, develop and execute growth and partnership strategies for fuels and lubricants loyalty programs. Reporting to Marketing Team Lead, this exciting opportunity is based in Brisbane but will require occasional travel to operations across the country.

**Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for the in-country activation, commercial growth and partnerships within the loyalty and payments program.
- Partner with regional International Fuels & Lubricants Consumer Experience teams, regional Loyalty & Payments specialists in developing and deploying in-country loyalty program initiatives, offers and communications.
- Monitor performance for effectiveness of program in consumer engagement and business generation.
- Coordinate with regional team and local stakeholders and business partners to implement regionally developed retail payment solutions and ensure proper operations.

- _ Technical Criteria 1 - Market Knowledge; Consumer Loyalty & Payments Experience. _
- _Technical Criteria 2 - Strong Commercial Acumen, proven Collaboration and Teamwork_

**Knowledge, skills, and experience**:

- Holds a bachelor’s degree or qualification in Marketing or related discipline
- 5 to 10 years of experience in related field (managing loyalty/card program) with a focus on:

- Brand & Marketing Execution
- Retail and Digital Marketing
- Campaign Management
- Visual Merchandising
- External Creative & Media Buying Management
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
- Demonstrated proficiency in Digital fluency (i.e., creating and managing website/mobile app)
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong Collaboration and Teamwork skills
