We’re now looking for a proactive and energetic **Duty Manager** to join our leadership team and oversee daily operations across the venue.

**About the Role**

As Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the golf driving range, bar, and restaurant during your shift. This includes leading staff, delivering great service, managing incidents, and ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of the range, bar, and dining areas
- Supervise, support, and motivate casual staff across all departments
- Ensure RSA, food safety, and OH&S standards are followed at all times
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and incident resolution
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Coordinate functions and group bookings as required
- Maintain cleanliness, atmosphere, and venue presentation standards
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on service requirements

**About You**
- Proven experience in hospitality, or leisure management roles
- RSA certification (essential)
- Unrestricted approved managers (essential)
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate (preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
- Organised, reliable, and hands-on in your approach
- Available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
