This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large Sydney based hotel group which encourages career growth opportunities. Hurstville Ritz Hotel is part of the Sonnel Hospitality Group which owns and operates multiple venues throughout Sydney.

Whilst we have been established in the hotel industry for more than 30 years, we are currently going through a period of growth. We are always looking to increase our hotel portfolio, thus ensuring on-going career development and promotion both internal and external.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
- Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue

**What we're looking for**
- ** Valid RSA & RCG (Advanced RCG and TAB Compliance highly regarded)**
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs
- Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
- Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week
- Experienced in tab and keno operations
- Gaming service and knowledge of gaming machines
- _ TAB certified (valid tab compliance and tab basics certificates)_
