**Casual Bar/Gaming Attendant - Grand Hotel**

Whilst we have been established in the hotel industry for more than 30 years, we are currently going through a period of growth. We are always looking to increase our hotel portfolio, thus ensuring on-going career development and promotion both internal and external.

Sitting proudly on Princes Highway and just a short walk from Rockdale Station, we’re known for our no-nonsense approach to good food, good drinks, and good times.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
- Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue

**What we're looking for**
- ** Current Valid RSA/RCG/Advanced RCG/TAB Compliance certificates**
- Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
- Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week
- Experienced in tab and keno operations
- Gaming service and knowledge of gaming machines
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs
- _ TAB certified (valid tab compliance and tab basics certificates)_
