Guildford Hotel is part of the Sonnel Hospitality Group which owns and operates multiple venues throughout Sydney. Your Role Will Include:

  • Welcoming and serving guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Operating gaming machines and TAB/Keno services
  • Maintaining venue cleanliness and safety standards
  • Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
  • Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
  • Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly

You'll Need:

  • Valid RSA & RCG (Advanced RCG and TAB Compliance highly regarded)
  • 1–2 years' experience in hospitality (pubs/clubs preferred)
  • Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week
  • Experienced in tab and keno operations
  • Gaming service and knowledge of gaming machines
  • TAB certified (valid tab compliance and tab basics certificates)
  • Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate
