Warrikal is a multidisciplined engineering company within the WA mining and resources sector. We have recently been awarded significant long-term contracts with multiple blue-chip clients for the provision of maintenance and shutdown services.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our People and Culture team to support the ongoing operational growth. We are seeking a motivated
**Onboarding Coordinator **to join our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our onboarding function ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Key duties include:

- Update databases with qualifications and competencies.
- Booking client site-specific inductions and training.
- Liaise with the mobilisation team regarding site-specific requirements.
- Liaise with the recruitment department regarding position-specific onboarding requirements.
- Developing robust relationships with key stakeholders
- Generating compliance reports weekly
- Ensuring all personnel are compliant with the site requirements.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working within the resources sector, in a role like Mobilisation Administrator, Coordinator, Project Support etc.
- Experience using mobilisation, or planning software such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, and INX is desirable.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change.
- Be able to work cohesively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Well-developed administrative skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High organisational skills to coordinate mobilisation requirements.
- Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
