**What you will enjoy doing**
- Preparation of proposals in a timely manner and in compliance with both internal review procedures and client requirements
- You will lead and motivate international cross-functional teams in providing world class solutions
- In addition, you will clearly define the scope of work and services to both the client and the internal execution group
- Furthermore, you ensure proposals conform with (local) specifications, regulations and safety standards by liaising with technology providers, project execution and plant operations
- You will prepare presentations for challenge/approval meetings with senior management

**What makes you great**
- You possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, similar industry degree and or relevant industry experience
- Solid understanding of EPC projects and experience on construction sites and or commissioning of process plants, including good working knowledge of Air Separation Unit, CO2 capture, hydrogen production, chemicals production processes and clean energy developments is a definite advantage
- In addition, your track record in managing interdisciplinary teams of engineers to develop customized proposals means that you are highly organized and have the ability to prioritize, plan work, prepare project budgets, schedules and cost estimates
- 10+year'sexperience in EPC projects and/or air gases business - highly preferred
- Highly motivated, you drive project business development during the sales process to secure and win sales
- You are detail oriented with the ability to multi-task without losing the big picture and you thrive on thinking outside the box to develop innovative solutions
- Naturally you have strong communication and presentation skills

**This Linde Engineering position is responsible for managing the development and preparation of assigned Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) proposals from initial concept phase to firm EPC quotes. You will support clients during project development whilst providing best-fit solutions for their projects.**
