About The Role
As an Orchard Technician with

you will work in a small team and be exposed to a range of different orchard operations, maintenance and irrigation tasks.

We have roles available for full-time permanent employment at various orchards in Victoria within the Sunraysia region (orchards located between Mildura, Robinvale and Swan Hill). This role has competitive pay rates based on an Enterprise Agreement (EBA) in collaboration with the Australian Worker's Union (AWU) and eligibility for overtime, in addition to travel and leading hand allowances as required.

We aim to progress people throughout our network from this entry level role, so it is extremely important that we attract and select highly motivated individuals who bring their A-game to work every single day. You must have a great team attitude, a strong safety mindset and track-record, be hardworking and be eager to learn new skills. This role has career progression opportunities in Irrigation, Autonomy, Maintenance and Operations Management streams, all roles of which business sponsorship opportunities may be available.

You do not need existing knowledge of irrigation systems and horticultural principles and practices -
the right attitude however is essential.
Previous experience operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner will be highly regarded.
