**Job Description**:
**What you will bring to AECOM**

In this role, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive culture and atmosphere for First Nations peoples across talent management, learning, culture and engagement, onboarding and careers, including set up and delivery of recruitment initiatives, broadening direct engagement with employment partners and First Nations communities, and playing a key advocacy role for our First Nations employees.
This role can be based in our Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth office.
**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- To perform this role, it is essential that the person identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991._
Ideally, you will have:
- Two to five years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar sized or larger organisation to AECOM
- Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures and working knowledge of current issues and trends that affect Indigenous communities and individuals
- Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm
- Demonstrated experience in supporting strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to influence and guide internal processes in support of Indigenous talent identification and retention.
