- in to ensure both clients and staff are truly supported.
Our aim is to provide continuous support to participants with the right skills and knowledge to support their needs so that they may live independently and participate fully in the community.

**About The Role**
We’re seeking Casual First Nation Support Workers to join our passionate team and provide in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants across Perth Metro.
Your responsibilities will vary depending on client needs, but may include:
- Assisting clients with personal care (e.g., showering, grooming, dressing).
- Providing domestic assistance, such as cleaning, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Supporting clients to access the community, attend appointments, or engage in social and recreational activities.
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of care.
- Documenting progress notes and maintaining accurate client records.
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and the ANOTHEN Community Care team.
**About You**
You are compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to providing the highest level of support. You bring warmth and empathy to your role, and you understand the importance of respecting each client’s individual goals and preferences.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred).
- A genuine passion for helping others and improving quality of life.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong sense of reliability, integrity, and empathy.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts (including mornings, evenings, weekends and some inactive sleepovers).
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Certificate III in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health (Working towards or welling to obtain)
- Industry experience in Australia, or personal lived experience
- COVID Certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable Vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- First Aid certificate
- CPR certificate
- Current Working with Children Check for paid roles (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Workers screeing (or willing to obtain)
- Current Police check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Modules (or willing to obtain)
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $35.15 - $95.10 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 38 per week
