**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Manufacture and install various types of fences, gates, panels, and frames.
- Follow efficient processes for picking, loading, unloading, and installing products and materials.
- Provide general support to ensure other installers are well-prepared and efficient.
- Deliver products and materials to site; handle installation and site cleanup.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy workplace.
- Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to excellence, also a keen eye for detail and high-quality work standards.

**Required skills**:

- Physically fit and strong.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written).
- Personable in nature.
- Valid C class licence (manual).
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Understand and value the importance of great customer service.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a genuine desire to help others.

**Desirable skills**:

- Trade certificate.
- Welding and metalwork experience.
- Construction induction white card.
- Asbestos awareness certificate.
- Silica Exposure Prevention certificate

- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:36pm. Overtime/On-Call Afterhours/Saturday work 1 week per month (12 per year) minimum.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Fence Installation: 1 year (preferred)
- Hand and power tools: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) (preferred)
- Silica Exposure Prevention certificate (preferred)
- Asbestos awareness Certifcate (preferred)
- Manual Driver Licence (preferred)
