- Easy Authoring is seeking Delivery Manager for high-profile government projects._

**Purpose of the role**
The Delivery Manager’s primary role is to work closely with Program Managers and key stakeholders to develop and manage project schedules and sprint planning for multiple projects

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Plans, coordinates, and delivers outcomes for ICT projects.
- Accountable for day to-day operations of scheduling, prioritisation and task coordination, meeting project milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budget.
- Liaising with key stakeholders, understanding requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring effective prioritisation is applied.
- Running key ceremonies (stand ups, sprint planning, demos).
- Development of reporting and communicating all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, risks, issues, budget, successes.
- Encouraging and enabling iterative development of deliverables.
- Creating a collaborative, innovative and effective working culture.

- Highly skilled and focused on excellent customer service and business engagement, with the ability to engage and collaborate internally with other key IT areas, project teams, business areas, and external service providers.

- Highly effective in managing multiple, concurrent activities, while understanding and managing priorities, dependencies, and risk.
- Ability to independently develop and determine approaches to solutions in a practical and creative manner.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and interpretive skills with high level of attention to details.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels and influence key stakeholders.

**Desirable criteria**:

- Strong experience working as a SRUM master and maturing agile ways of working is highly desirable
