**What You’ll do**:
In this role, you will be part of a People & Culture project team undertaking pay and compliance reviews across our retail operations. Your role will be to ensure that our valued team members have received their minimum employment entitlements in line with relevant legislation and industrial instruments. As part of this you will:

- Conduct pay audits/reviews of our retail operations to determine whether team members have been and/or are being adequately remunerated for work performed under the applicable Modern Award
- Review, critically analyse, and interpret various data sets in line with Award requirements
- Liaise with individual stakeholders where required to ensure full understanding of data, methodologies and any specific arrangements/practices in place
- Identification of any actions required following an audit/review, and providing guidance on any required communication to team members’
