**About the Role**

Our client, a wholesale wine distributor, is looking for a driven and customer focused Sales Officer Clerk to join their team in Brunswick East on a casual, ongoing basis.

Hours will be Wed-Fri 11am-4pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm.

**Your Responsibilities include**
- Putting stock away as it arrives on pallets
- Dealing with online customer enquiries and new orders
- Liaising with suppliers about incoming stock and the delivery of shipments
- Meeting customers and completing sales through a POS process
- Receipting of inbound stock

**About you**
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- A background in a customer service position and experience working in a team is highly regarded
- Be reliable, punctual, patient, and hard working
- Experience in the use of MYOB and Xero
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks
